Our new higher spiritual chakra system: the higher 8 chakras and their meaning.

The month of April saw an intense shift in energies and expansion of human consciousness as the alignment of the Grand Cardinal Cross signified the further collapse of the old 3D matrix and the further integration as we move into further into 4D and 5D realities. The Blood Moon, which happened around the same time opened up a portal of higher energies for us to walk through into the higher dimensions.  To keep up with the shift it is necessary for our Divine body template to upgrade so we are able to live fully in these higher realities. This requires us to activate a higher spiritual chakra system, over and above the primary chakra system consisting of 7 main chakras. The new expanded system consists of 15 chakras (7 primary and 8 higher chakras) and will enable us to create a healthier, disease-free life for ourselves, thus increasing our life-span and will allow full connection to our Higher Selves and Universal consciousness.

What are chakras and what do they do?

The word chakra is Sanskrit and literally translates as ‘spinning wheel’. They look like coloured cones of energy (they are actually vortexes) and are found in the etheric body, just above the physical body, in our auric field. Our chakras are essential to us maintaining a healthy body and emotional wellbeing. They are gateways to spiritual expansion within the physical form and use Source energy or spiritual light in order to operate. Source energy enters in through the Crown Chakra in the primary system but in the higher system it enters in higher up through the Stellar Gateway Chakra. It then travels down our central chakra pillar (within our spinal column) and nourishes all the chakras with this spiritual light. The chakras can also take in energy from the atmosphere, and this is known as prana or life-force energy. It enters each chakra individually as needed and at the same time the chakra is also releasing and removing old energy which is no longer useful.

If you know something about the chakras, then you will be aware that traditionally we have been taught that there are 7 main chakras in our bodies – the root or base chakra, the sacral or naval chakra, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the third eye or brow chakra and the crown chakra just above our heads.

However, this is only a small proportion of our actual full-body chakra system. We have many more of these chakras but our access to these was shut down after the fall of Atlantis. During the Golden Age of Atlantis we had access to 24 chakras but after the fall, we descended from fifth dimensional consciousness to third dimensional consciousness, and so could no longer could access the higher chakras. Now we are ascending back to fifth dimensional consciousness, which is that of Divine Love of all of creation, and therefore for first time we are able to access these higher chakras again. The higher chakras (from 8 to 15) are latent in people until they begin to work on their spiritual evolution and then the new chakras will begin to open and integrate within their chakra system. The primary function of the higher chakras are to connect us to the higher spiritual planes, more fully to Mother Earth, our Soul and Higher Self and also to Divine Love and Wisdom from the Universe.

Here is the new higher chakra system template as I see it:

8th Chakra - This is a new chakra is called The Well of Dreams where we have access to the past, present & future realities and multi-dimensional information. It helps us to become fully conscious and enables us to integrate the knowledge and lessons in our present life path & life purpose and assist with ascension from 3D to a 4D reality. It is bright lime green in colour. It is located at occipital juncture in the back of the head where the skull and neck are joined. This chakra is related to the medulla oblongata and the cerebellum. It links directly to the chakra column and it is important that you keep your energy body as clear as possible as this chakra can attract dark energy, if it is not kept clean.

9th Chakra – This is the
Ascension Chakra and is connected to the pineal gland in the centre of the mid brain and is activated through the eyes, although is located at the back of the head below the Crown Chakra. It activates when the person is on the path of self-mastery and allows for ascension into the fifth dimension. It is white and gold in colour.

10th Chakra - This is the
Higher Heart Chakra and is located over the thymus (just above the Heart Chakra, where you can feel two small bumps.) It helps you to feel Divine Love and compassion for all of creation, whereas the heart chakra helps you to feel love for oneself. It is pale pink in colour.

11th Chakra - This is your
Earth Star Chakra and is located 12 inches below your feet. This chakra connects us to Mother Earth and is the grounding cord of your multidimensional light body. It is black and white in colour.

12th Chakra – This is the Soul Star Chakra. It is the first transpersonal chakra multidimensional gateway of the soul, also known as the seat of the soul where Divine wisdom and compassion are accessed. It is where soul braiding occurs and allows the soul to enter into the body and also to leave the body at death. It is magenta pink in colour.

13th Chakra – This is the
Stellar Gateway Chakra and is extremely bright as it is the point where Divine light enters the body from Source. It is a portal that allows the soul to connect with Source energy. It is a bright white colour.

14th Chakra - This is the Etheric Chakra and is located 12 inches above the Crown Chakra (arms length above head). It is the connection to your Higher Self and the etheric realm as well as accessing a theta state of consciousness. It is a pearlescent blue colour.

15th Chakra – This chakra is your gateway to the Universe and is known as the
Galactic or Universal Chakra. It is your personal portal to other dimensions and means of connection to Heavenly Beings such as the Ascended Masters, Galactic Federation, Ashtar Command and other Galactic Beings. This is gold in colour.

In my next post I will look at the 7 lower chakras to explain how they are shifting to include higher aspects as part of our new higher chakra system template and how to tell if they are out of alignment and what you can do about this.

Happy Easter Message

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you are enjoying your Easter break. I’m writing this post on Easter Sunday, after a pretty incredible week for me personally as I have been receiving powerful downloads, activations and guidance from spirit. Did you manage to catch a glimpse of the full moon lunar eclipse in Aries on Tuesday/Wednesday night (14/15 April), known as the Blood Moon? It was incredible! It was huge and very powerful- marking the start of the astrological calendar. I hope you got to see it. There are some extremely intense energies being sent down to the Earth at this time to help with the awakening of humanity, helping us to shift into higher dimensions and removing old fear programming.

As it is Easter I want to mention Jesus briefly and to provide some truth from my perspective about the real reason he came to Earth and died on the cross and was resurrected. He didn’t come here to start the Christian religion or to die on the cross to atone for humanities sins as Christianity would have us believe.  Jesus came here to teach us that Love is the greatest power of all. He was reminding us of what we had forgotten - that Love is our natural state of being and Love is truth. Truth is the power that will set you free. When you know the truth you have power. Living in ignorance is not bliss!

He also came to show us that we are not the body: flesh, blood and bone as we appear to be, but something much greater – we are spirit. He taught that by identifying with the body we are identifying ourselves with mortality and death. He died on the cross and rose again to demonstrate that by following his example we too will have everlasting life.  The body may die but the spirit lives on. Yes, Jesus was a son of God, but so are all of us, the difference is that we have forgotten who we are in truth.

I would like to illustrate this with a quote from the bible when Jesus raises his friend Lazarus from the dead.

Martha said to Jesus, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died. But even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You." Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again." Martha said to Him, "I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day." Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?"

Love, light and blessings to you all.

Are you living as your True Self?

Image from amazingasset.com

How many of us can say we are doing what we have always wanted to do since we were young?  Very few of us follow our dreams to fruition of being a singer, fire fighter, fashion designer, footballer, novelist or whoever we wanted to be when we grew up. We forgot about it when our parents or careers advisor said,’ you won’t be able to do that’, or we changed our minds because we got interested in other things. Those who follow their dreams are the ones who stayed firm in their conviction to do what they love above all else because they knew that they wouldn’t be happy otherwise. More of us are now realising the importance of these dreams we had growing up and are rediscovering them again to ignite our passion and purpose in life.

Changing career later on in life, particularly in the early thirties is becoming a popular trend.  People are waking up and realising that life is too short to waste your time doing things that don’t bring you a sense of joy and fulfillment. I have realised this in my own life. I have seen the amazing impact that doing what I enjoy has had on my whole life and while money is important, it is not the source of my happiness.  It is possible to make money doing what I love, it’s just that I need to work at it.

We have all made compromises in our lives and decisions based on what others tell us we should do or would be good for us or with the wrong intentions, just to make money for instance, which creates conflict and unhappiness within us. I want to talk about how we can get back to being the ‘real me’, or our ‘True Self.’

Our True Self is the part of us that knows what will make us truly happy and fulfilled above all else and what it is we really want to do in the world. However, most of us have hidden this part of ourselves and are doing something else we don’t enjoy as much. Why? There are many reasons, for the most part we are trying desperately to ‘fit into society’, to be accepted and loved. We say and do things to gain recognition and praise so that people will like us. We see friends and family doing things in a certain way and we feel compelled to follow their path, even if it doesn’t please us. We take a job because it is expected of us, we spend time with people doing things we don’t enjoy because we want to fit in; we get married because it would make our parents happy and people will stop asking ‘why are you not married yet?’

The opinions of others can affect our whole lives; many people are still trapped by old dogmas and cultural conformities from their families and communities. Taking on these beliefs limit personal and spiritual growth as well as being detrimental to your emotional and psychological health and well-being. All of these things keep us locked into a circle of deceit with ourselves, because deep down only we know the truth and other people are ‘none-the-wiser’ at our unhappiness. Don’t give your power away by doing what other people want you to do, or you become weaker physically and mentally. This is why so many people don’t feel in control of their lives’ and depression, anxiety and stress occurs, which then leads to resentment and bitterness. It will create a prison around you, making you feel trapped with no way out. We cannot know ourselves or be truly happy if we try and conform in this way.

Living in truth and making choices aligned with our personal truths, is the key to happiness and fulfillment. Always do what you feel is right for you and don’t get pressured into living a life of ‘status-quo’ just to fit into societal norms. You should always be true to yourself, even if that means upsetting a few people. It is you that you have to live with for the rest of your life. Always be kind and truthful to yourself. Lying to yourself is the worst kind of lying you can do – this is negating your True Self and will make you miserable. Don’t do things you don’t enjoy and put on a brave face, pretending all is well. If you feel unhappy, you should let people know you are unhappy, if you are angry then make your feelings known; the last thing you should do is put up or shut up! Unresolved negative emotions cause diseases in the body, so allow yourself to feel whatever emotions arise without judgement. If your family and friends love you they will respect your decision to choose something else and live a life that makes you happy.

People who have not conformed to societal norms and the expectations of others are at first seen as strange or different because they are living outside of what most people consider a normal existence, but they are the mavericks and visionaries. It is these people who are the happiest because they are living by their own virtues and values. And by living an extraordinary life, they are creating change in the world for the better.

I love this quote from Jim Morrison, who sums this up beautifully,
“That's what real love amounts to - letting a person be what he really is. Most people love you for who you pretend to be. To keep their love, you keep pretending - performing. You get to love your pretence. It's true, we're locked in an image, an act - and the sad thing is, people get so used to their image, they grow attached to their masks. They love their chains. They forget all about who they really are. And if you try to remind them, they hate you for it, they feel like you're trying to steal their most precious possession.”
Jim Morrison

How to live as your True Self

When you live a life true to your passion, virtues and values you are living in alignment with your True Self.  If you are not following your passions in life, then ask yourself why not? You are here to live a happy and fulfilling life aligned with your core values and heart’s desires, not settling for something else. When you know why you are here, what your life’s purpose is and then start living it, your whole life becomes full of purpose and meaning. So let’s start getting back to who we are in truth.

To live as your True Self, you need to delve into the innermost core of your being. I have written out a short exercise to help you rediscover your True Self: you will need a pen and paper and a good dose of honesty!  These questions are designed to be answered by your heart, not your head.  You must feel for the answers to the questions through your heart. If they are true for you they will resonate with your heart and feel good. Feelings and desires come from the soul, which is housed in the higher heart (just above the heart chakra in the middle of the chest), and this is who we are on a deeper level than our personality. If you feel resistance, a knotting in the stomach, or a sense of unease, then the answer is coming from the mind –ignore these answers as we only want answers coming from the heart. The mind can only intellectualise and is not aware of our deeper truths and yearnings. It will bring up all sorts of excuses, as to why you can’t do what you love and who won’t approve. We all have our own personal truth and when we uncover these, we can know ourselves on a deeper soul level.

This short exercise can help you to rediscover your passion, purpose and True Self.

True Self Exercise
Write down everything that comes to you and then check it by running it through your heart and the feeling it gives you. If it deeply resonates and feels good, then keep it. If it feels off or you get a strange tension in your body then cross it out, it has come from your personality self, not from your True Self.

- Why am I here? What is it that you came here to do? What changes would you like to see happen? What do you feel most injustice about and would like to change? Maybe you don’t like the way animals are treated, or you would like to see a fairer education system

- What is my passion(s)? What did you most want to be when you were young? Such as playing in a band, being a screen writer. What creative activities do you most enjoy doing? Examples are making things, writing, singing, dancing, painting, sports etc?

- What is my life’s purpose? You can take this from the answers you get from the question above. Also ask yourself, what would you want to do if money was no object? What brings you the greatest joy to spend the most time doing? Who has a job that you would most like to do and what qualities about this job is it that appeals to you the most. Write down the qualities, such as travelling for a living, interviewing, being creative, organising events, whatever it is and then you can formulate a role for yourself that incorporates all of these things and this is your life’s purpose.

- What are my heart’s desires? What things make you the most happy? If you look back at your life what would you like to say you have achieved or done? Write down as many examples as you can think of, such as: Go travelling around the world, swim with wild dolphins, build an orphanage, start a charity to help disadvantaged people etc.

- What activities, places and people bring me the most joy? Write down the answers to this question and ask yourself. Am I spending most of my time doing this, going there and with these people? If not how can you start incorporating these things more into your daily life.

- What are my highest values? Am I living a life that reflects these? Write down what values you hold in regards to yourself and others. You may value honesty the most, or sincerity.

- What are my gifts, talents and abilities? How can I utilise them to help others and make a living? Write down all the things you are good at, examples are: cooking, making clothes, writing, being a good friend, etc then think of ways you can use the things you are good at to help others and make a living from it, such as creating a business making speciality preserves if you like cooking or becoming a councillor if you are good at listening to people.

- How can I be of service to people and the planet? Write down how you would want to serve other people to make their lives better if you had carte blanche. Think of all the ways you could add value to people’s lives and at the same time help the planet. Think of examples of people who have made a big difference in your life or the lives of many people and see how you can emulate this.

Write down all these answers and then reread them and you might be surprised at what you have written down. Don’t discount anything, unless it didn’t pass the heart test. You have written it down for a reason. Start looking at ways to incorporate these things into your life, one step at a time - one small step leads to even bigger ones.  You may even get an idea to start your own business or a new hobby! When you know your True Self you can start living an authentic life that reflects the real you. You will feel so much happier, healthier and more fulfilled, and your world will change into the life you have always wanted.

Leave your mask at home, don’t be afraid to let the world see your true colours shining through - let them show in all their glory. The world needs individuals, not herds of sheep. Don’t hide your light under a bushel, as the saying goes! Be a shining example by living in truth aligned with your highest virtues and values and let others see you and follow your lead. Good Luck!

So you want to live in a more loving and harmonious world? Don’t judge what you see.

How judging creates a prison that locks you into a reality you don’t want.

I recently listened to a great interview where they talked about the vital principals pertaining to us being able to shift and change our world to one that is more peaceful and loving.  One of the major principals is around judgement. It was eloquently explained that when we judge something we are inadvertently keeping the very thing we don’t like locked into our current reality. It will then continue to show up and annoy us until we learn not to judge it.  I knew I had to write a post on this subject as I had an experience recently that I can use to illustrate the importance of this message.

The Last Judgement by Jan Provost
Calling time on judgement
Judgement is as old as the Bible, even older in fact. It is something that has been part of our society for thousands of years. When we make a judgement, we are forming an opinion about something or someone that is negative and most of the time these are based on assumptions from what we have seen, heard, read or been told by someone. We all have a tendency to judge things in our lives from the film we saw at the cinema, the colour Cheryl dyed her hair, to the person we just met.  It has almost become second nature and we do it without even knowing we’re doing it because most of the time it’s done subconsciously. It is a negative programme which runs in our subconscious mind that we should actively seek to change.

Many of the judgements we hold are ones we formed long ago and that we keep on repeating over and over.  We have been taught to judge from a young age through listening to our parents, siblings, carers, teachers, the media, other children and so on and by taking on board their opinions as our own. It is important for us to all practice discernment and to not simply take on board other people's opinions but have direct experience ourselves before forming a conclusion. The current dictionary definition describes judgement as ‘a considered decision or sensible conclusion’   but this is far from the truth and shows the current belief system that rules the masses.

When you judge something you are unknowingly labelling it with a negative charge. This charge keeps the very thing you don’t like in your reality because of the negative charge you have given to it. Your subconscious mind will also label and judge everything that looks like that person or thing with the same label e.g all fat people eat too much and are couch potatoes, all kids wearing hoodies are hooligans etc.  They will continue to appear in your reality until you have learnt to practice non-judgement and discernment. I hope you are now aware of just how detrimental judging can be.

Stop judging and start choosing
I want to show you how can stop judging by practicing non-judgement and help to free yourself from what you don’t like by sharing my own experience with you. Last Sunday you may recall it was lovely weather like it has been this weekend. I was happy that spring was in the air and the sun was shining. I went to the park and saw above me a bright blue sky and warm golden sun. There didn’t seem to be a cloud in the sky, however I noticed above me long white chem trails criss-crossing overhead cutting through the blue expanse of sky. It made me really annoyed to see them on such a nice day, spoiling my good mood. I was angry to think that chemicals are being sprayed into the atmosphere and are poisoning our plant and animal life and ultimately affecting our health.

Pics of chem trails taken above where I live in Bethnal Green
In that moment of feeling angry I have judged chem. trails as bad and harmful - given them a negative charge and bound them to my current reality. Ok, I hear you say, so how do you not judge chem. trails if you see them?  We know they are bad and it is understandable that you feel angry? Well, my friends, this is simply a matter of opinion (or a judgement) you see. It is hard not to get riled up about these things when you have an opinion about them. If I didn’t know they were chem. trails and what they were doing I wouldn’t have judged them as good or bad, I would have just observed them.

Observing and acknowledging what is, is very powerful as this stops you from making a judgment. It puts you in a place of power because you are not reacting with fear, anger, hate or any other negative emotion which only limits your experience and keeps you in a lower vibration. If I simply allow myself to look at the chem. trails and acknowledge there are chem. trails in the sky. It will bring up a feeling in me that I need to acknowledge as the relative TRUTH about how I feel about them. The feeling provides me with a point of reference as something that I don’t want in my reality.

We all have choices but our choices are based on only one thing and that is preference. When you have preferences, you have choicesJudging is taking away that choice and creates a self-imposed prison based on your previous judgements.

We can only change and shift our outer reality and experiences through making conscious choices and these can only be made by having preferences. To have preferences instead of judgements we need to become a neutral observer. By this I mean taking a neutral position by simply observing and acknowledging what you see and any feelings that arise without judgement and then letting them go.

We then need to do some personal inquiry and discerning: the chem. trail is also an outward reflection of an inward condition. Ask yourself, what is this chem. trail trying to tell me about the way I am living my life?  It might be there to show that the way we are currently living our lives is toxic.  Where are we putting chemicals into/on our bodies? If we smoke, drink, eat GM foods and buy non-organic skincare then we will continue to see the chem. trails as a reflection of not living in alignment. I am consciously trying to eliminate toxins in my body. It is hard work as toxins are found everywhere, but this is why we can’t expect the world to show us what we want if we are not in alignment with our highest virtues and values.

When you stop judging and labelling things you feel much freer. It allows you to flow with life’s current and allow what is as you know there is a Divine order to everything. It stops you getting sucked into negative thinking, blaming and complaining. When you don’t allow something to impact your reality negatively and move you off centre, then it cannot harm you and it opens you up to limitless possibilities.

Let me know your thoughts on judgements and preferences.
