My name is Kiren Elizabeth Ali, and I started writing this blog because I want to share my awakening experience with others to help them with their own personal transformation. I am a sound healer and natural therapist, who loves to work with energy, because as I am sure you know that we are all energy.
I have only recently woken up to using my Divine gifts, talents and abilities and I wish to help others do the same and encourage everyone to live an authentic life doing what they LOVE not just working for money. This is when you know you are fully aligned with your soul purpose and life mission, by sharing my own experiences of how I have accomplished this, I intend to help others do the same.
I want this to be a practical and useful blog but also to detail my own experiences of what is currently going in my own life, the ups the downs and most of all the triumphs. The best way to guide people is through your own learning. I ask you to remain open minded but please only take what resonates and leave the rest.
